Our Beginning: The mission called eCarma was born in a moment of despair and awakening—in a stuck elevator. Even as Prashanth waited to be bailed out of his claustrophobic jail between floors, the writing was clearly on the cobwebbed wall that stared at him. “There is no escaping the pains besieging my small world of 40 houses unless I could find an expert to prevent and respond to them promptly.” When after 20 excruciating minutes in the cage, Prashanth was finally pulled out, eCarma was born…delivered as an answer to the prayers of countless residents of lesser known apartment complexes who suffer the untold pains of poor maintenance silently every day of their lives.

Vendors demand unreasonable prices but do not meet the quality that you expect. Observing vendor's constant delays in meeting timelines, we have come to a conclusion that quality cannot be outsourced. We have set high standards for our inhouse team of experts.
